Supporting the People Behind the Jumper

The Cottesloe Roosters are run by a dedicated group of volunteers who care deeply about the club, its people, and the community it represents.

Our committee exists to support players, coaches, families, and volunteers, not to sit above them. Their role is to create a safe, sustainable, and well-run environment where football can thrive at every level of the club.

This includes overseeing governance, finances, facilities, and compliance, while also shaping the culture and long-term direction of the Roosters. The committee works closely with coaches and coordinators to ensure teams are supported and the club continues to grow in the right way.

Importantly, the committee is made up of people from all walks of life. Parents, former players, professionals, and community members who give their time because they believe in what the club stands for. Decisions are guided by what’s best for the whole club, both now and into the future.

Cottesloe is proud to be a club where people are heard, contributions are valued, and actions matter. The committee plays a key role in protecting that culture and ensuring the Roosters remain a place people are proud to represent.
