Values

In 2021, the Cottesloe Football Club came together as a playing group and committee with Premiership Coach, Darren Harris, to clearly define the values that represent who we are and what we stand for.

These values remain at the heart of the club today. They guide how we welcome people in, how we support one another, and how decisions are made at every level of the organisation. From senior footballers to coaches, volunteers, and supporters, everyone connected to the Roosters is held to the same standard.

More than words on a page, our values shape the culture of the club and the experience of being part of it. They provide a shared understanding of what matters at Cottesloe and play an important role in creating a strong, inclusive, and connected community that people are proud to belong to.

Our values are:

  • Include

  • Respect

  • Commit; and

  • Communicate
